Olive and Thyme is located in downtown Clearwater serving fusion Mediterranean cuisine. We are open Tuesday - Sunday serving breakfast lunch 8:30am to 4:00pm and dinner Wednesday - Saturday until 9pm. We also serve brunch on weekends until 2pm with live entertainment.
