AMPLIFY Clearwater Chamber Announces Leadership AMPLIFIED – a Transformative
10-month Leadership Training Program Open to the Public

AMPLIFY Clearwater is pleased to announce Leadership AMPLIFIED – a 10-month interactive virtual training program designed to transform its participants into elite leaders. The deadline for registration is Friday, March 5th and this exciting learning opportunity is open to the general public.

In today’s world of remarkable social and technological change, increasing health and economic uncertainties, cultural transformations and polarizing attitudes towards governance, the need for genuine and sustainable leadership at all levels of society, and within every community, has never been clearer.

AMPLIFY Clearwater has partnered with coCelerate – a premier in person and virtual training and coaching company specializing in the design and delivery of sophisticated leadership development programs – for the inaugural Leadership AMPLIFIED Program beginning in March 2021. coCelerate utilizes evidenced-based models within the social sciences along with proprietary diagnostics, frameworks and methods of delivery that accelerate the personal and professional growth of civic and business leaders allowing them to measurably enhance their individual success and increase the value they bring to their organizations, and within their communities.
This training includes topics such as fostering diversity, inclusion and equality, conflict competency, success mindsets, mastering the art of listening, and many more while offering the opportunity to interact with a variety of local and national experts on this topic. Those that complete the course will be eligible to join the alumni association and develop curriculum for future years.
The program consists of a once-a-month three-hour interactive session, held virtually on the third Wednesday of each month. Registration is open to the general public and the cost for the inaugural cohort is $995 for members of AMPLIFY Clearwater and $1,295 for non-chamber members.
