I can not give this place more stars...but I would, if I could!! Don't let the exterior of the building hold you back from trying this place. The moment you step in, you are swept away to a perfect afternoon spot of tea.

Every tea we tried was DELICIOUS. The scones were soft baked and everything that touched our lips was delightfully enjoyed!

This was a bittersweet occasion as most of us are onto the next chapter of our lives. You provided the perfect setting for a meeting that meant so much to us.

If your aunt Sally bought a place in a strip mall, and the surrounding areas were under construction, and you could see the high way from the window- but she had a pretty good idea and a lot of fake plants- this would be it. Surprisingly popular for what it is- the tea room sits in a very seemingly random location in Clearwater. Once inside, you are transported to your Aunt Sally's living room, if she happened to have a lot of help decorating. There are fake plants hung from the ceiling with little Christmas lights in them, cute velvet chairs for sitting, and a lot of tea pots. It looks like someone went to a boutique flea market and bought everything in sight.

The food was good, not great. The sandwiches and salads I tried were average caliber. But no one comes here for the food. The experience is afternoon tea. We saw whole parties dressed up in their best 1800s costumes. The afternoon tea was a cute experience. They bring out lots of sandwiches, little treats- macarons, biscuits, cookies. It wasn't as pricey as places like Oxford Exchange but also nowhere near as beautiful or engulfing.

It's a cutesy idea, and I think you should take your aunt Sally and she would enjoy it.

I'm a tea fiend and knew I had to come here when I saw the huge variety of teas they had. I was worried this was "tea service only", but luckily they have an a la carte menu you can order from too, including individual teas. Since I'm watching my carbs, there's not really whole lot in the way of food for me, but there are plenty of beverages.

They had a huge assortment of teas and every tea can be made either hot or iced. I prefer iced, especially for the flavored teas, since it really brings out the flavor. I don't use anything to sweeten my teas, although you certainly can. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the tea and was able to handle steeping requests too.

Even though I'm from out of town, I came here twice - once with a friend and once to do some work. I worked on a morning weekday when the place was quieter. There are plugs around and wifi, so it made it a cozy working spot. Just be sure to call beforehand to make sure they are not too busy.

Absolutely adorable place for tea.

I think there are different levels of tea rooms. I've been a fan of high tea since experiencing it in Sydney, Australia. I have also done the Oxford Exchange high tea. This is different, so I think you just need to understand what you are looking for going into it.

This is a fun place to live out your Bridgerton type fantasies. Wear your giant fascinator and beautiful flower dress. This isn't high fashion, this is a place to dress up and enjoy yourself. If I had a little girl, this is where I would take her.

Pulling up I was a little nervous, because it is in a run down strip mall, but they did a wonderful job making you forget that once you go inside. I found the decor super cute. The owner was there serving people, you can really tell this is a locally owned business.

I got the Earl Gray Lavender tea. I was going to ask them what is their most caffeinated tea, but then when I turned the menu over, it already had it broken up based on caffeine levels. I appreciated that. There is a huge variety.

We each got to choose one full sandwich on a croissant and one half sandwich. I went with the Supreme Chicken salad and the Joseph's Nut Butter. Both were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend those choices.

I picked a bit at everything else. I found the scones a little overly sweet and I wasn't really feeling the rest of the desserts. I'm not a huge sweets person. However, I was completely full thanks to the sandwiches.

You get a lot of tea. We were there for two and a half hours and it took me the entire time to finish my tea. They never rushed us, so this is a great place to go and catch up with friends.

So I think there are two types of people in this world, those that scoff at dressing up and those that fully embrace it. You should ask yourself that question before you go, which are you. If you want high luxury in an understated way, this isn't for you, if you want in your face English tea party, then definitely check it out. I loved my experience and will definitely be back.

We had a fun and wonderful experience. Foods were yummy. The owner and the staff were extremely accommodating and very nice. Interior is really lovely.

My husband and I came here for afternoon tea on a Sunday. We made reservations online, which was nice. The website was a little tricky to navigate.

Decor - Decor is different and fun with lots of bright colors. More of a modern twist, lot of different things going on.

Service - They seemed a little short staffed, we sat at our table for about 10 min, and then she came over with sparkling wine and a menu. I wish we had gotten the menu when we sat down so we could've looked it over while waiting. Our server also brought us chocolate covered strawberries with our sparkling wine, which was odd since we hadn't even eaten yet. I think they need to switch this up and bring these out with the tiers.

Tea - Huge selection - I do wish they had small descriptions of the flavor profile of the teas. I asked our server, and she wasn't too sure what exactly was in mine. I also had a leaking tea pot with a crack in it.

Sandwiches and salad - They start the tea off with a berry salad, which was good. Sandwiches were decent, but they didn't knock my socks off. I wasn't a fan of eating a whole sandwich and then one small sandwich. I'd rather try 3 halves so I can try different things. They weren't bad but just didn't give me the tea vibe. We got the chicken salad, nut butter, cucumber and cream cheese, and egg salad. All were decent, but to me, afternoon tea isn't croissants, but finger tea sandwiches with an assortment.

Scones - I'm not sure if the menu says scones, but these weren't scones. They were good but tasted more like a muffin or cookie. I can't describe it, but it wasn't a scone. Again, it was good, just not a traditional scone, which is what I associate afternoon tea with.

Desserts - These were okay. They didn't taste homemade.

I think this is a decent spot if you're looking for a different spot for a ladies' lunch or a cute place to take your daughter, but i didn't get the afternoon tea feel just more of a luncheon. There's a lot of potential here, and I know they're new so I would try them again in a few months to compare.

We came to the afternoon tea service as a breakfast and it was so perfect. The owner and his wife are so cute and they really are passionate about what they do! They're opening another location soon for tea mock tails in Dunedin on Main Street and I can't wait to try that as well!

The service started with the summer salad and tea. The tea options were abundant with a range of caffeine free and highly caffeinated. The tea pots were really cute. In terms of the food! Gheez, the scones/biscuit on the middle shelf we're AMAZING. I would def purchase these as a stand alone offering too. We got to choose one full sandwich and one half sandwich. We did our best but still took some of the pastries to go!

Highly recommend checking out this gem on the Clearwater/Dunedin boarder!

We had a lovely time for my birthday! More importantly, we left SO full, we had to bring a box home! The honey and I splurged for the bubbly and chocolate covered strawberries. I loved the macaroons and the nut butter sandwich. But, the chicken salad was excellent too! They heard about my food allergies and were very careful. Great experience overall and love that it's family owned.

A must visit and we will most definitely return!!!!

I just love tea rooms. I wish I lived in a time where I could sit, daily and enjoy a cup of tea and a scone (or whatever).
This is the brightest-freshest-biggest space I have ever seen! Decor is great, will make for great backdrops to any event- celebration.
The tea selection is arranged by level of caffeine, which I think is great. We had the ginger peach black, which the flavor really sung through; and a pot of the lemon meringue, perhaps green tea? The lemon meringue belongs on ice, with some vodka, floating in a pool!!!!
Do we want the full experience-YES
This adds champagne (with 1 refill!!) and chocolate covered gold dusted strawberries. These paired perfectly with the sparkling wine.
The tea tower is how others have described, yes you get your choice of a FULL sandwich and a half! This is amazing. I do love the tiny baby sandwiches common in tea rooms, but these sandwiches were yummy. I wonder if you could just buy the chick, egg, tuna, ham salad to go? They were all great, yes we are hogs, we tried them all! They all are without fillers like grapes and nuts and gross sweet relish.. They were all excellent.
Next up2 scones and a split blueberry biscuit. Toss up. Neither blew my mind, but anything slathered in Devonshire cream is acceptable.
The service, wow, our gal was kind,and got our ridiculous jokes. The owner is also a delight.

Food: we ordered the afternoon tea experience

It included 3 tiers of food and a strawberry walnut salad.

The bottom tier tea sandwiches: your choice of a full sandwich off the menu and a half watercress sandwich.

My choice of sandwich was the supreme chicken salad on a croissant. 7/10. The Watercress sandwich was excellent 10/10. Fresh cut cucumbers and cream cheese with seasoning.

The middle tier had three scones. Blueberry, cranberry, and cinnamon. My favorite was the blueberry. The jam and homemade Devonshire cream was amazing. 10/10

The top tier desserts. Mini chocolate and vanilla éclair, mini chocolate and vanilla log cakes, raspberry macaroons. 9/10

Definitely recommend this place and will be back!
